Our Boston & Manor Suite brings together everything you need for productive meetings in one adaptable space. Split across two interconnected rooms that can function separately for 12 delegates each or combine into a larger suite for 24, this flexible arrangement has proven particularly popular with companies running parallel breakout sessions or needing to scale their meetings up or down. The suite's contemporary design features sleek wooden tables paired with comfortable teal and grey seating that our regular clients tell us makes even day-long sessions comfortable. Natural light streams through the windows, complemented by modern lighting fixtures that keep the space bright throughout your meeting. We've positioned a dedicated refreshment area with coffee, tea and snacks on the sideboard, so your team stays energised without interrupting the flow of discussion. We've equipped both sections with flatscreen TVs, whiteboards and flipcharts, plus reliable high-speed Wi-Fi that handles video conferences without a hitch. The room adapts easily between boardroom, classroom, theatre and U-shaped configurations, with our team happy to arrange the layout before you arrive. Training providers particularly value the classroom setup for 12, while strategy sessions often use the U-shaped arrangement for 18 participants. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Brentford railway station sits just a 4-minute walk from our glass-fronted building on Great West Road, with Boston Manor Underground Station 10-12 minutes away on foot.
