We've configured this flexible space to work equally well for a 30-person board meeting or a 300-guest reception, with natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows that keep the atmosphere bright and energising throughout your event. From our theatre setup that seats 240 delegates to banquet arrangements for 140 guests, we adapt the room's modern furnishings to match your requirements. The neutral colour scheme and sleek design create a professional backdrop that lets your content take centre stage, while the high-speed Wi-Fi handles everything from basic presentations to bandwidth-heavy video conferences. Cardiff city centre sits just minutes away on foot, yet once you're here, the tree-lined paths and riverside setting feel completely removed from urban bustle. We provide free parking for all attendees, and local transport links make arrival straightforward whether your delegates travel by train, bus or car.
