Meeting Room 2 works brilliantly for those focused boardroom sessions where real decisions get made. We've set up this space with a substantial table at its centre, surrounded by comfortable chairs that keep everyone engaged even during longer discussions. The room comfortably seats 12 people in boardroom layout, though we can reconfigure it for classroom style (10 people), theatre arrangement (14 people), or even reception format for up to 24 guests. The large screen mounted on the wall transforms presentations from basic slideshows into engaging visual experiences. Our high-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the building, so streaming content or joining remote colleagues poses no problems. We've kept the décor purposefully neutral, with clean walls and professional tones that help maintain focus without distractions. A wall clock helps everyone stay on schedule, particularly useful when you're working through packed agendas. Our venue sits right on London Road, making it remarkably easy for your attendees to find us. Lime Street Station is just a short walk away, which means colleagues travelling from Manchester, London, or anywhere else can reach us without complicated directions. The coffee shop downstairs opens at 7:30 AM, serving proper Illy coffee that many of our regular bookers have come to rely on for their pre-meeting preparations. We've designed Meeting Room 2 to handle everything from board meetings and strategy sessions to training workshops and team briefings. The space adapts easily between different configurations, whether you need U-shaped seating for 12 people during interactive workshops or theatre style when presenting to larger groups.
