We've designed this space to accommodate up to 20 delegates in theatre style, though many of our regular clients prefer the boardroom setup for 10 or the U-shaped arrangement for 8 when they need more collaborative discussions. Natural daylight fills the room through large windows, creating an energising atmosphere that helps maintain focus throughout long sessions. The soft, neutral wall colours work with our patterned carpet to create a professional yet comfortable environment. We've found this combination particularly effective for training sessions, where delegates spend extended periods seated. Our modern chairs provide proper support for day-long meetings, while the flat-screen display ensures everyone can see presentations clearly from any seat. Air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, something our summer conference groups particularly appreciate.
