Our engineering faculty's Bill Brown Design Suite transforms from a single expansive room into three distinct spaces at the slide of a partition wall. With 270 delegates seated classroom-style or 192 in theatre configuration, we accommodate everything from technical symposiums to professional certification courses in this adaptable space. The suite's design reflects its academic setting while serving modern meeting needs. White tables run in neat rows, paired with our signature black and red chairs that keep participants comfortable through day-long sessions. Multiple projection screens dot the walls, ensuring clear sightlines whether you're presenting complex engineering diagrams or running interactive workshops. Natural light streams through the windows, though blackout options exist for when presentations demand it. We've watched countless conferences unfold here, from industry technical briefings to academic research presentations. The built-in AV system handles everything from simple PowerPoint displays to sophisticated video conferencing, while our tech support team remains nearby should you need assistance. When divided into three separate rooms, each maintains full AV capabilities, making parallel sessions or breakout groups remarkably straightforward. The adjoining foyer serves as more than just an entrance. During breaks, it becomes a natural gathering point where delegates discuss morning presentations over coffee. Catering tables fit comfortably here without crowding the space, and the flow between suite and foyer keeps networking organic rather than forced. Just beyond lies our recently refurbished atrium with its distinctive glass roof and vibrant seating areas.
