The Princes Suite 2 brings together everything you need for productive meetings in one thoughtfully designed space. We've positioned this ground-floor suite to capture natural daylight through floor-to-ceiling windows, creating an energising atmosphere that keeps participants engaged throughout your session. The room comfortably accommodates 80 delegates in theatre style, though we find many clients prefer our classroom setup for 50, which gives everyone proper desk space for laptops and note-taking. For more intimate strategy sessions, the boardroom configuration seats 36, while our U-shape arrangement for the same number encourages discussion and collaboration. We can also arrange banquet seating for 60 when you're combining meetings with dining, or open up the space for networking receptions of up to 200 guests. What sets this suite apart is its pillar-free design, meaning every participant has clear sightlines to your presentation screen. The patterned carpet absorbs sound nicely, reducing echo during discussions, while our air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable even during intense brainstorming sessions.
