The Lilian Baylis Studio combines the raw energy of a working theatre with the practicality your meeting needs. Step into this 180-seat space and you'll immediately notice the professional theatre lighting suspended overhead, ready to spotlight your speakers or create the perfect ambiance for your presentation. We've designed this studio with flexibility at its core. The retractable raked seating gives everyone clear sightlines during conferences and seminars, while the tiered arrangement ensures your back-row attendees feel just as engaged as those in front. When you need a different configuration, we can transform the space completely, arranging 40 seats boardroom-style for strategy sessions, or setting up cabaret tables for 100 when you want delegates networking over coffee. The high ceilings and acoustic panels create excellent sound quality, whether you're hosting a panel discussion or delivering a keynote. Our integrated AV system includes a large projection screen that dominates the far wall, making presentations crisp and clear from every seat. The exposed rigging and industrial aesthetic might remind you this is a working theatre space, but the reliable Wi-Fi and technical support ensure your business runs smoothly. Three private dressing rooms offer quiet spaces for speakers to prepare or small groups to breakaway.
