We've arranged the room to be genuinely flexible. Whether you need boardroom style for 20 people hammering out strategy, classroom layout for 28 participants taking notes, or theatre seating for 60 colleagues watching your keynote, the furniture moves easily to match your plans. The U-shaped configuration fits 18 for workshops where everyone needs to see each other, while cabaret style seats 36 when you want small group discussions during breaks. The tech setup includes everything you'd expect: reliable high-speed WiFi that handles multiple devices without breaking a sweat, a flatscreen TV for presentations, plus whiteboard and flipchart for brainstorming sessions. Air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, which matters more than you'd think during intense discussions. Getting here couldn't be simpler. New Street Station is a short walk away, with Moor Street and Snow Hill stations equally close for those coming from different directions.
