The Walbrook room sits on our building's bright corner, where morning light streams through floor-to-ceiling windows onto the polished wooden boardroom table. We've designed this space for the kinds of meetings that matter, whether you're planning quarterly strategy, running training workshops, or presenting to key stakeholders. With capacity for up to 12 people in boardroom configuration, the room adapts easily to different needs. We can arrange theatre-style seating for 25, classroom layout for 15, or U-shaped setup for more collaborative sessions. The ergonomic chairs actually support you through those long planning days, and the natural light keeps everyone focused without the harsh glare of overhead fluorescents. Our tech setup includes a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for presentations and video calls, plus whiteboard and flipchart for brainstorming sessions. The sideboard stays stocked with tea, coffee and water throughout your booking, and we can arrange full catering with halal and gluten-free options when you need it. A good space, well located in the City of London. A slight maze within the building and an odd interruption mid-meeting by an uninvited guest (possibly a surveyor) but overall a positive experience and we would consider using this space again.
