Dark wooden beams from the 16th century frame the ceiling of our Darials room, creating an atmosphere where history meets productivity. This is our largest meeting space, welcoming up to 120 delegates when arranged theatre-style, though we often see teams of 40 to 50 using the boardroom setup for strategic planning sessions. The rich red patterned carpet adds warmth to the space, while natural light pours through the original windows, keeping everyone alert during those crucial afternoon presentations. We've installed high-speed fibre optic broadband throughout, so your video conferences run smoothly, and the air conditioning keeps the room comfortable even when it's packed for product launches or training days. For formal dinners, we can accommodate 110 guests banquet-style, with the historic beams creating an impressive backdrop for awards ceremonies or client entertainment. The cabaret layout works particularly well for workshops, seating 42 with plenty of table space for materials and laptops. Many groups appreciate the U-shaped configuration for 40 participants, which encourages discussion while maintaining clear sightlines to presentation screens. The room sits on our ground floor, making access straightforward for delegates arriving with equipment or display materials.
