Walking past the Director's corridor, you'll find Meeting Room 1, where morning light pours through the large window overlooking the park. We've furnished this space with an elegant oval table that seats eight comfortably, creating the perfect environment for board meetings or strategic planning sessions. The room feels surprisingly spacious thanks to its high ceiling and the graceful arched doorway, a reminder of our building's distinguished architecture. Our guests often comment on how the park views help clear their minds during intensive discussions. We've kept the décor purposefully understated, with carefully selected artwork on neutral walls that won't distract from your agenda. For presentations, we've installed a plasma screen that connects easily to laptops, and our Wi-Fi runs reliably throughout. The adjoining door to the Orpen Boardroom proves particularly useful when groups need to split for breakout sessions or when you're running parallel workshops. Some clients use this room as their executive dining space during larger conferences, taking advantage of its proximity to the main boardroom. The Directors' corridor location means you're working in the administrative heart of our venue, away from public areas. We can arrange the space for up to 20 people theatre-style if you need a more presentation-focused setup. Our catering team delivers directly to this room, whether you need working lunches, morning pastries, or afternoon refreshments.
