The wooden table in our 1899 Suite has seen countless breakthrough moments, from startup pitches that secured funding to coaching sessions that changed careers. This intimate meeting room works perfectly for groups of up to six people who need space to think without distractions. Natural light pours through the original Victorian windows, illuminating teal chairs that are actually comfortable enough for those longer strategy sessions. We've mounted a flatscreen TV on the wall for presentations, and the high-speed Wi-Fi handles everything from video calls to cloud-based collaboration without a hitch. The whiteboard and flipchart stand ready when digital tools won't cut it, and yes, we have teleconferencing facilities for bringing remote colleagues into the conversation. Our team keeps the room stocked with proper Yorkshire tea, North Star coffee, and water throughout your booking. When hunger strikes, you can bring your own food, arrange external catering, or use our kitchen facilities, whatever works for your schedule and budget. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable, even during those heated budget discussions. Finding us takes seven minutes from Leeds station, though previous guests recommend checking which entrance you need beforehand, the building has several and it can be confusing. Once here, lifts provide access to all floors, and there's discounted parking nearby for those driving in. The communal breakout areas give you somewhere to continue conversations after your session ends or decompress between meetings. Previous visitors particularly appreciate our helpful staff and the quality of the meeting spaces. Rooms were good, staff were helpful. The only criticism is the directions as there a various entrances and on different streets so can be confusing
