The Breakfast Room opens to morning light through Sir John Soane's carefully positioned arched windows, filling the space with a warmth that has welcomed small gatherings since 1800. We've preserved every detail of Soane's original design, from the intricate geometric ceiling patterns to the classical motifs that catch your eye as discussions unfold around our round table. This intimate room forms part of Soane's Suite alongside the Library and Small Drawing Room, creating flexible options for your meeting. The built-in shelves surrounding the original fireplace hold reference materials, while the rich wood paneling provides excellent acoustics for confidential conversations. Our boardroom setup comfortably seats five people, though the space works equally well for informal discussions or working sessions. Natural light transforms throughout the day here, shifting across the detailed wall panels and highlighting different architectural elements as your meeting progresses. The furniture pieces, carefully chosen to complement the historical setting, include our central round table that encourages collaborative discussion and elegant period chairs that remain surprisingly comfortable during long sessions.
