The boardroom occupies a thoughtfully designed space within New Oxford House, where contemporary furnishings meet practical functionality across approximately 760 square feet. Natural light pours through expansive south-facing windows, illuminating a sophisticated meeting environment centred around our elegant conference table. We've configured the space to seat 12 comfortably in boardroom style, though the flexible layout adapts seamlessly to your needs: classroom arrangement for 20, theatre seating for 20, U-shaped configuration for 10, or reception style for up to 40 guests. The minimalist design features clean white walls and carefully selected seating in muted tones, creating an atmosphere that encourages focus without distraction. A large wall-mounted screen anchors one end of the room, ensuring your presentations command attention during workshops, seminars, or strategic planning sessions. What sets our space apart is the unique combination of meeting facilities with culinary infrastructure. The third floor houses professional-grade kitchen facilities with two large islands, smaller prep areas, and various breakout zones. This unusual pairing opens possibilities for innovative team-building sessions, product launches with live demonstrations, or client meetings that incorporate memorable dining experiences. Our second floor extends your options with additional meeting tables and a dedicated media studio equipped with video editing facilities and Zoom rooms, perfect for hybrid meetings or content creation sessions.
