The Hagley Suite works brilliantly for those focused board meetings where you need everyone around the table, face to face. We've furnished this space with an elegant oval table and comfortable black chairs that keep people engaged even during lengthy strategy sessions. With capacity for 10 in boardroom format or up to 20 theatre-style, it's one of our more intimate spaces, perfect when you need that concentrated atmosphere for decision-making. The warm, neutral décor creates a professional backdrop without being distracting, and we've mounted a large whiteboard on the wall for those moments when ideas need to flow freely. While this particular suite doesn't have windows, the carefully planned ambient lighting keeps the room bright and energizing throughout your meeting. If you need video conferencing capabilities, just let us know in advance and we'll arrange the equipment.
