We've watched thousands of presentations from the control desk at the back of our Auditorium, and each one brings its own energy to this versatile space. The room seats 300 people theatre-style, with rows of comfortable blue chairs all facing our well-equipped stage. Your speakers will appreciate the professional setup, complete with a large projector screen, adjustable stage lighting, and a sound system that carries voices clearly to every corner. The technical booth runs along the back wall, where our team manages sound and lighting controls throughout your event. We keep the controls accessible but discrete, so technical adjustments happen smoothly without disrupting your programme. The stage itself offers plenty of room for panel discussions, product demonstrations, or dynamic presentations, with black curtains framing the space for a professional backdrop. While the Auditorium relies primarily on our customisable lighting system rather than natural light, this actually works in your favour. We can dim lights for video presentations, spotlight speakers, or create the exact atmosphere your event needs. The mezzanine level above adds another dimension to the space, perfect for breakout sessions, exhibition displays, or catering setup that keeps the main floor clear for your attendees. Getting here takes just 10-15 minutes from Glasgow city centre, and with 50 free parking spaces right outside, your guests won't circle looking for spots. We're positioned just off the M8 motorway, making travel straightforward from anywhere in Scotland. Between sessions, attendees often head to our on-site coffee house for Grain and Grind Bungo Roast coffee, fresh sandwiches, or hot lunches, keeping everyone energised without leaving the building. The Auditorium handles everything from annual conferences and training days to product launches and corporate presentations. Our technical team stays close by throughout your event, ready to adjust lighting, troubleshoot equipment, or help with any last-minute changes to keep your programme running exactly as planned.
