Our Board Room brings together ten people around a substantial wooden table, where teal upholstered chairs provide comfort during those longer strategy sessions. The feature wall behind you recreates a library aesthetic with its book-patterned design, creating an atmosphere that encourages thoughtful discussion without feeling stuffy. We've mounted a large flat-screen TV within the blue built-in shelving unit, making presentations and video calls straightforward. The shelves hold a curated selection of books and decorative pieces that add personality to the space while maintaining professionalism. Overhead pendant lights work with recessed ceiling lighting to keep everyone alert and focused, particularly helpful during afternoon meetings when energy can flag. The glass partition maintains privacy while preventing the room from feeling closed off. We keep a whiteboard and flip chart ready for brainstorming sessions, and the air conditioning ensures comfort regardless of how heated the discussions become. Between the filtered water station and the communal kitchen just outside where our bean-to-cup coffee machines live, refreshment breaks flow naturally into the meeting rhythm. Recent feedback highlights how our modern facilities support successful outcomes, with one client noting the space helped create a "fab interview" experience. Another appreciated our "warm welcome" and confirmed they'd return, while a third praised our "well laid out venue" and reception service. The Board Room works particularly well for board meetings, obviously, but we see equal use for team workshops, client presentations, and interview panels. Its Summertown location means participants can easily grab lunch from the independent cafes along our high street or continue conversations in one of the nearby restaurants. With Oxford city centre and the ring road both accessible, bringing together teams from different locations proves simple.
