Our grand library-inspired MAL TWO brings together the best of both worlds: serious meeting functionality wrapped in genuinely interesting surroundings. The centerpiece is a substantial round table that seats up to 15 in boardroom style, draped in crisp black linen and surrounded by properly comfortable chairs that won't leave you shifting around during long sessions. The walls tell their own story, with an intricate mural providing visual interest without being distracting, while built-in bookshelves create that scholarly atmosphere many find conducive to focused thinking. Natural light streams in during daytime meetings, complemented by pendant lighting that keeps things bright without harsh glare when you're working into the evening. We've installed a 65" Smart TV that pairs reliably with your devices via HDMI, and the Wi-Fi handles multiple video calls without complaint. Air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, particularly useful when you've got a full room engaged in heated debate. Being on the ground floor means quick access to our bar and lounge areas for those essential coffee breaks or post-meeting drinks. The space works brilliantly for board meetings, strategy sessions, training workshops, or client presentations. Our kitchen team can provide anything from working breakfasts to proper sit-down lunches, all served directly to your room. We're fully accessible with wheelchair access throughout and lifts to all floors. Past guests have particularly appreciated the room's distinctive character, though we've taken feedback on board about keeping water supplies topped up during all-day bookings. Just off Charterwell Street with Barbican station practically next door, getting here couldn't be more straightforward for teams coming from different parts of London.
