The Bosworth Suite offers something different from your typical hotel meeting room, with its exposed brick walls bringing character to what could otherwise be just another corporate space. We've set this ground-floor room up with deep teal tablecloths and cushioned chairs arranged in a U-shape, though we regularly reconfigure it depending on what our guests need. Natural light streams through the large windows, which we've dressed with elegant drapes that can be adjusted throughout the day. The brick walls aren't just decorative, they create surprisingly good acoustics for presentations and discussions, something our regular booking clients often mention they appreciate. Our venue sits just off the M1 and M69, about five miles from Leicester city centre, which puts you close to Fosse Park and the main business parks without the hassle of navigating city traffic. Free parking right outside means your delegates can walk straight in without hunting for spaces or dealing with payment machines. We can arrange the Bosworth Suite several ways: theatre style for 70 people when you need maximum capacity, banquet layout for 50 if you're combining meetings with dining, or a more intimate boardroom setup for 25. The U-shaped configuration works particularly well for training sessions with up to 20 participants, giving everyone clear sightlines and easy interaction. Being on the ground floor with direct access to the car park makes load-in straightforward if you're bringing equipment or materials. During breaks, your group can step out to our bar lounge for refreshments, and our kitchen team can provide working lunches served right in the suite. The flexible layout means we've successfully hosted everything from interview panels and product launches to departmental planning sessions and professional development workshops.
