Our Nobel Suite sits on the first floor, where business groups gather around the polished boardroom table or settle into the comfortable blue chairs arranged theatre-style. The 98-inch interactive touchscreen dominates one wall, complete with camera, speaker and microphone built right in. During hybrid meetings, remote participants appear life-sized on screen while those in the room present wirelessly through the ClickShare system. We've configured this space countless ways depending on what works best for each group. Theatre setup fits 50 people comfortably, while classroom style accommodates 30 with writing space. The boardroom arrangement seats 22, perfect for strategy sessions, or we can create a U-shape for 28 when discussion flow matters most. For workshops requiring group work, cabaret style works well for 30, and we can arrange banquet seating for 40 when meals are involved. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during intense brainstorming sessions, and our flipchart stands ready in the corner for those who prefer traditional note-taking. The neutral walls and professional atmosphere help maintain focus, while the high-speed Wi-Fi handles whatever bandwidth your presentations demand.
