Whether you're planning a theatre-style presentation for 75 delegates, arranging tables for 48 guests at a banquet, setting up cabaret seating for 42 participants, or hosting an intensive boardroom session for 24 executives, the flexible layout adapts to your needs. The room comes with its own small kitchen area, so coffee breaks happen right where you're working, and private toilet facilities mean minimal disruption to your schedule. Our technical setup includes everything modern meetings demand. The ceiling projector and HDMI connections at the front make presentations straightforward, while the sound system ensures everyone hears clearly, even in larger gatherings. We provide a flipchart pad for those spontaneous brainstorming moments, and comfortable chairs that keep participants focused throughout day-long sessions. Full audiovisual packages are available at £85 plus VAT per day. Getting here couldn't be simpler.
