The Culcabock Room offers the kind of flexibility that makes planning your next meeting straightforward. Red chairs provide comfortable seating for up to 35 delegates in theatre style, though we find many groups prefer the boardroom setup for 20 when deeper discussions are needed. The classroom arrangement works particularly well for training sessions, accommodating 18 participants with proper desk space for laptops and materials. We can also configure the room for banquet seating if you're combining your meeting with a working lunch. The LCD projector and screen are already mounted and tested, ready for your presentations. Our complimentary Wi-Fi handles everything from video calls to cloud-based presentations without any frustrating delays. The natural light streaming through those large windows keeps energy levels up throughout the day, though we've installed proper blinds for when you need to darken the room for detailed presentations. Our kitchen team brings fresh catering directly to your room when you need minimal disruption, from morning coffee and pastries through to hot lunch options. Many groups appreciate being able to step out to The Bar and Grill for more informal discussions over lunch, then return refreshed for afternoon sessions. The Culcabock Room sits within our Millburn Road property, making arrival simple whether your delegates are coming from Inverness Airport, the train station, or driving in from the city centre. For multi-day events, having 118 guest rooms upstairs means no one needs to navigate morning traffic, and the Juvenate Health and Leisure Club provides a welcome escape after intensive sessions.
