Our Big Screening Room transforms the typical meeting experience into something more comfortable and engaging. We've found this relaxed setup changes how people interact during training sessions and workshops, encouraging more open discussion than traditional boardroom layouts. The room accommodates 21 people in theatre-style seating, with our plush armchairs arranged in tiers and additional beanbags creating a casual front row. The projector delivers sharp visuals across the entire wall, while surround sound ensures everyone catches every detail of your presentation or training video. Dark walls and ceiling minimize distractions, letting your content take centre stage, while adjustable lighting helps you set the right mood for different session types. We regularly host creative workshops here where teams use the big screen for collaborative brainstorming, displaying multiple ideas simultaneously. Training managers appreciate how the comfortable seating keeps attendees focused during longer sessions, and the informal atmosphere helps break down hierarchical barriers during team meetings.
