We've designed this 120-square-meter space to work harder than most. The boardroom setup seats 50 comfortably around solid tables, while theatre style accommodates 90 delegates with clear sightlines to your presentation area. For working lunches or interactive sessions, our cabaret layout for 40 gives everyone table space without losing that collaborative feel. The U-shape configuration works brilliantly for training days, seating 40 with plenty of room for materials and laptops. Our tech setup includes everything you'd expect: high-speed Wi-Fi that actually works when everyone's online, projector and flatscreen TV for dual presentations, plus a PA system that reaches every corner without feedback. The Hybrid Meeting Kit means remote participants feel properly included, not just watching from the sidelines. The arched ceiling adds architectural interest while keeping acoustics crisp, and those dark curtains aren't just for show, they give you complete control over lighting for presentations or simply to frame those Edinburgh views. Between sessions, delegates spill out onto our rooftop garden, coffee in hand among the herbs and wildflowers. It's these moments between the formal agenda where real connections happen. Ten minutes' walk from Waverley Station puts you right in Edinburgh's heart, with trams and buses making arrival straightforward for local and international guests alike. Our venue sits at the edge of the New Town, that perfect balance of central location and breathing space.
