Meeting Room 4 sits on the upper floor of our conference centre, where morning light filters through the window blinds and creates an atmosphere that keeps everyone engaged. We've kept this space deliberately simple - a solid conference table, comfortable seating, and that essential floor lamp for when Liverpool's weather turns grey and you need extra brightness during afternoon sessions. The room works brilliantly for those focused board meetings where ten people need to hash out strategy, or classroom-style training sessions where everyone needs clear sightlines to the presenter. We can also arrange the furniture into a U-shape for twelve participants when you want more interactive discussions. For less formal gatherings, perhaps a networking reception or team briefing, we can accommodate up to 24 people standing with refreshments. The blue carpet and neutral walls might seem unremarkable at first glance, but our regular clients tell us they appreciate how the calm colour scheme helps maintain concentration during long planning sessions. The multimedia equipment comes standard - LCD projector, PC, and SMARTBoard ready to display your presentations or connect for video conferences.
