The Rosalind Paget Room works particularly well for groups who need space to move around, with enough room for 60 in theatre layout or 40 in cabaret style when you want roundtable discussions. We've installed an 85-inch 4K Ultra HD TV screen that makes presentations crystal clear from every seat, paired with a Yealink video conferencing system that's already optimized for Microsoft Teams. No fiddling with cables or calling IT support, everything connects smoothly so you can focus on your agenda rather than the technology. The Georgian architecture gives the room character without feeling stuffy. Original wood paneling runs along the walls, but we've kept the overall feel contemporary with comfortable modern seating and plenty of power points where you actually need them. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, and there's a flipchart for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. Different meetings need different setups, so we regularly reconfigure between boardroom style for 36, U-shape for 30, or classroom layout for more formal training sessions. The cabaret arrangement proves popular for strategy days where teams need to work in smaller groups then come back together. Our team knows exactly how each configuration works best in this space. Being on the third floor adds a sense of removal from street level, helping groups concentrate without the usual urban distractions.
