Our Clements Suite sits on the quieter side of the building, where six people can gather around the wooden table without feeling cramped or overlooked. We've positioned the blue velvet chairs to encourage conversation, and the etched glass walls create just enough separation from the corridor while letting you see when your next attendee arrives. The pendant lights overhead cast the right amount of brightness across the table, compensating for the lack of windows. We find this actually helps with focus, especially during afternoon sessions when other rooms might battle glare. The mounted screen connects easily to laptops, and we keep the whiteboard stocked with fresh markers for those moments when ideas need to flow freely. Video calls work smoothly here thanks to the conferencing setup we've tested extensively. The air conditioning runs quietly enough that remote participants won't hear it, maintaining comfortable temperatures even during longer sessions. When you need to step out, the reception area provides space for informal catch-ups or phone calls. Getting here takes minimal effort from Piccadilly station, just a few minutes on foot. Our regular users particularly appreciate this when coordinating attendees from different cities. The building entrance leads straight to our floor, avoiding the maze-like layouts common in larger venues. For refreshments, we operate flexibly. Use our kitchen facilities for tea and coffee, or bring in external caterers for working lunches. The table surface handles hot plates and laptops equally well. Professional, discreet, clean meeting space. Accessible and convenient for Piccadilly train station. Would highly recommend.

The location was excellent and just a short walk from Picadilly, the room was of a great standard with access to the TV projector and flip charts that we needed.

One comment for improvement would be on arrival it would be helpful to offer wifi information or provide it ...

Great location in the centre of Manchester, very good office, modern & clean. Price was great. Would definately use again.

Super venue run by super friendly people who are only too happy to help when you need it, and leave you to crack on when you don't! Many many lunchtime and post-work food and drink options within moments of the venue. Highly recommend.
