The Palm D'or Suite sits on our first floor, where we've created a focused environment that works particularly well for board meetings and strategic planning sessions. You'll find the room set up with a U-shaped table configuration that seats 16 comfortably, using our blue upholstered chairs that teams regularly tell us make those longer sessions much more bearable. We've installed a 98-inch interactive TV that transforms presentations, whether you're sharing quarterly results or running training workshops. The ClickShare technology means your team can connect wirelessly without the usual cable confusion, and our upgraded Wi-Fi handles multiple devices streaming simultaneously. Remote colleagues join seamlessly through the large screen, making hybrid meetings feel more like everyone's actually in the room together. The wooden tables provide plenty of space for laptops and materials, while the neutral walls and carefully positioned lighting help maintain focus throughout the day. Though we don't have windows in this particular suite, the lighting design keeps the space bright and energised. Your dedicated host manages all the technical aspects, from initial setup to troubleshooting, so you can concentrate on your agenda rather than the equipment. Russell Square station is genuinely just two minutes away on foot, which your attendees always appreciate, especially those coming from Kings Cross or St Pancras. The Palm D'or works equally well configured as a classroom for 12, theatre-style for 20, or maintaining the U-shape for 15 participants. Between sessions, your group can use the breakout spaces just outside, where we serve refreshments throughout the day. Our catering team times everything around your schedule, understanding when that afternoon coffee becomes essential.
