We've designed this ground-floor space to adapt to however you prefer to work, whether that's around a boardroom table for 24, classroom style for 32, theatre seating for 60, or a U-shape arrangement for 18 participants. Our ceiling-mounted projector and screen are already connected and tested, ready when you are. We know the small things matter during meetings, so we've included visi rails along the walls for displaying materials, plus flipcharts, whiteboards and stationery to capture those breakthrough moments. The ergonomic chairs keep everyone comfortable through full-day sessions, while our air-conditioning maintains the ideal temperature regardless of the weather outside. Accessibility runs through everything we do here. The room sits on the ground floor with full wheelchair access, and we've installed induction loops for colleagues with hearing aids.
