Our Terrace Room captures everything that makes hosting meetings here special. This Georgian space bathes in natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, with views across manicured lawns stretching to the river embankment, a rare sight this close to central London. The room itself sits in our original Clubhouse, where soft neutrals and period detailing create an atmosphere that's both professional and welcoming. We've kept the Georgian character intact while discretely adding everything modern meetings require: projector, flatscreen TV, and PA system all ready when you need them. The semi-adjustable lighting lets you shift from bright working sessions to more relaxed afternoon presentations, and blackout options are there for screen presentations. What makes this space particularly versatile is how it connects directly to our Quadrangle Room. Teams often use this for breakout sessions, or we open both spaces for larger gatherings. The Terrace Room itself accommodates 35 around a boardroom table, 45 classroom-style, or up to 100 for standing receptions. We regularly reconfigure for different meeting formats, from intimate board discussions to theatre-style presentations for 80. Beyond the room itself, you have access to our 42-acre grounds, something genuinely unique in Zone 2. Coffee breaks on the terrace, walking meetings through the gardens, or post-conference drinks overlooking the river, these spaces become natural extensions of your meeting. Our location, twelve minutes' walk from Putney Bridge station with parking available, makes logistics straightforward for London-based teams and visitors alike. The combination of Georgian elegance, modern functionality, and those extraordinary grounds creates a meeting environment that feels refreshingly different from typical corporate venues.
