Our Millennium Suite transforms the traditional boardroom experience into something far more inspiring. This 18-person meeting space occupies one of the brightest corners of our building, where natural light pours through expansive windows throughout the day, keeping your team energised during those crucial strategy sessions. We've arranged the room around a substantial conference table that comfortably seats everyone without feeling cramped. The contemporary chairs were chosen specifically for all-day comfort, because we know important discussions can't be rushed. Above, geometric acoustic panels serve a dual purpose, dampening sound while adding visual interest to the ceiling, a detail our corporate clients particularly appreciate. The high-resolution display screen anchors one end of the room, ready for your presentations, while our video conferencing setup connects remote participants seamlessly. We maintain superfast WiFi throughout, and the climate control adjusts automatically to keep everyone comfortable regardless of the weather outside. Abstract artwork punctuates the walls, creating talking points during those coffee breaks. Speaking of which, we keep fresh tea, coffee and water readily available, and you're welcome to arrange external catering for working lunches. The space works equally well for executive board meetings, departmental planning sessions, or confidential discussions that require privacy. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Leeds Train Station just five minutes away on foot. The lift provides direct access to the suite, and there's parking nearby for those driving in. Our alcohol licence runs until midnight, so informal networking can continue after formal proceedings wrap up. The surrounding streets offer everything from quick coffee runs to proper lunch venues, while the business district location means you're never far from other corporate amenities your team might need during their visit.
