From our perch on Corstorphine Hill, the Gifford Room welcomes business gatherings with Edinburgh spread out below the windows. We've designed this 9 by 15 metre space to work as hard as you do, whether you're hosting 40 colleagues around the boardroom table or presenting to 120 in theatre formation. Natural light pours through the large windows, though we can draw the blinds when your presentation needs full attention on the LCD projector. The neutral décor and carefully chosen artwork create a professional atmosphere without the stuffiness, while air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable through long strategy sessions or training days. We've arranged the technical setup so you can plug in and start working immediately. Power points dot the room at convenient intervals, the PA system carries voices clearly to the back row, and our hearing loop ensures everyone stays connected to the conversation. The direct dial points and WiFi handle whatever communication needs arise during your meeting. The room adapts to your agenda. Board meetings work brilliantly with 40 seats arranged for discussion, while training sessions often use our classroom setup for 36. When networking matters, we configure the space for receptions hosting up to 150 guests, or create a more intimate cabaret arrangement for 60 when you need tables for working lunches. Between sessions, your delegates can step into our lounge areas for coffee or head to The Bar and Grill when longer breaks allow.
