We've furnished this space with rich burgundy curtains that frame floor-to-ceiling windows, letting natural light pour across the polished tables while offering calming views of the residential garden square below. Those crystal chandeliers you'll notice aren't just decorative—they create exactly the right ambiance for both morning presentations and afternoon workshops. Our team regularly configures the room to suit different meeting styles. For board meetings, we arrange seating for up to 40 people around our substantial table. Need a classroom setup for training? We accommodate 35 participants comfortably. The U-shaped configuration works particularly well for interactive sessions with 45 attendees, while theatre style pushes capacity to 70 for larger presentations. We've found the flexibility really matters—yesterday's product launch becomes today's strategy session with minimal fuss.
