Our venue designed this room to work hard for different meeting formats. We can arrange High Gardens as a boardroom for 30, classroom style for 40, or theatre layout accommodating up to 70 delegates. The flexibility extends to U-shaped configurations for 25 participants or cabaret style for 30, giving you proper options for training sessions, presentations, or collaborative workshops. The technical setup keeps things running smoothly. A flatscreen TV connects easily to laptops for presentations, while the PA system ensures everyone hears clearly, even in larger gatherings. We keep flipcharts ready for brainstorming sessions, and the room's acoustics work well for both formal presentations and group discussions. What makes High Gardens particularly pleasant for day-long meetings is the connection to the outdoors. Those patio doors open onto our side lawn, where delegates can step out during breaks and take in views across the golf course.
