Our Alloway Room combines practicality with comfort across 89 square metres of flexible meeting space. Natural light streams through the windows throughout the day, keeping your team energised during those important discussions or presentations. We've designed this ground floor room to adapt to your needs, whether you're gathering 30 colleagues around a boardroom table or hosting a presentation for up to 70 in theatre style. The 12.3 by 6.6 metre layout gives you plenty of room to configure the space exactly how you want it. We regularly set up classroom style for 25 when clients are running training sessions, or arrange banquet seating for 40 when teams want a more collaborative workshop environment. For standing receptions, we can comfortably accommodate 70 guests, perfect for those networking sessions after your main event. Being on the ground floor means your attendees won't need to navigate multiple levels to find you, and they'll have quick access to our lobby areas during breaks. We've kept the décor deliberately neutral with modern furnishings, so your company branding and materials take centre stage. The room comes fully equipped with A/V equipment for your presentations, and our complimentary WiFi keeps everyone connected throughout your session. Your guests will find us easily, with both Glasgow Central and Queen Street stations just a short walk away.
