Our Conference Suite offers one of the most adaptable spaces in Liverpool for your next meeting. This generous room welcomes up to 120 delegates in theatre style, with natural light streaming through large windows that keep everyone alert and engaged throughout your sessions. We've designed this suite to work exactly how you need it. Whether you're arranging 56 people around boardroom tables for strategic discussions, setting up classroom style for 60 participants in training workshops, or creating a U-shape for 40 delegates to encourage interaction, the room transforms effortlessly. For more social gatherings, we can accommodate 80 for banquet dining or 150 for standing receptions. The technology here just works. Your presentations display clearly on our LCD projectors, while SMARTBoards let you capture ideas as they develop. We provide multimedia PCs as standard, and our high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected without those frustrating dropouts that derail productive meetings. You'll find us on London Road, practically on the doorstep of Lime Street Station, which means your attendees can step off the train and be settling into their seats within minutes. The suite sits within our two-floor facility, where our events team coordinates every detail of your booking. They handle the technical setup before you arrive and remain available throughout your event to address any needs that arise. During breaks, your delegates can head downstairs to our coffee shop, which opens from 7:30 AM serving Illy coffee and fresh cakes. Many groups use this space for informal discussions or simply to recharge between sessions.
