At our venue, Suite 2 offers the kind of flexibility that makes planning meetings straightforward. This 6m x 6m room works equally well for board meetings of 10, training sessions in classroom style for 6, presentations to 20 in theatre layout, or workshops with 8 participants around a U-shaped table. What catches most people's attention first are the large windows running along one wall. The vertical blinds let you control exactly how much natural light fills the room, which our regular clients appreciate during those all-day strategy sessions. The space feels fresh and professional, with warm wooden accents breaking up the neutral palette. We've equipped Suite 2 with everything you need for productive meetings. The LCD projector connects easily to laptops, high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and there are plenty of power outlets positioned where you actually need them. The modular furniture means we can reconfigure the room between sessions if your agenda changes from presentation to workshop format. Your dedicated conference executive will check in throughout the day, handling any adjustments or extra requirements that come up. During breaks, most groups head down to our illy Coffee bar in the lobby for a proper espresso, or grab a quick bite at our Bar and Grill. If you've booked one of our Delegate Packages, tea and coffee service runs continuously from 9am to 5pm, with fresh fruit, mineral water and sweets restocked regularly. The room works particularly well for board meetings, training seminars, team briefings and small presentations. Being just a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Central station means attendees can arrive easily, whether they're coming from across the city or travelling in from Manchester or London.
