The Porchester Room serves as our most adaptable meeting space, configured around a sleek boardroom table where 12 colleagues can gather for focused discussions. When presentations take priority, we can rearrange the layout to accommodate 15 in theatre-style seating, or create a more social atmosphere for receptions hosting up to 20 guests. This ground-floor room brings together modern functionality with comfort. The ergonomic chairs keep everyone comfortable during those marathon planning sessions, while the warm beige walls and patterned carpeting create an environment that feels professional yet welcoming. Though we don't have windows here, our carefully positioned spotlights ensure excellent visibility throughout the space, particularly important when reviewing detailed documents or presentations. We've equipped the room with everything you need for effective meetings: a state-of-the-art LCD projector, flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi that actually works when everyone's logged on simultaneously. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, and there's a refreshment station right in the room where delegates can help themselves to tea and coffee without interrupting the flow of discussion. Our events team handles all the technical setup before you arrive, from testing the projector connections to ensuring the Wi-Fi codes are ready. They're available throughout your booking to sort any issues that might arise. Getting here couldn't be easier, with Queensway, Bayswater and Lancaster Gate stations all within walking distance, plus we're just a quick taxi ride from Paddington if anyone's arriving by train. Between sessions, your guests can explore our Brasserie for proper meals or grab lighter refreshments, including those healthy options everyone appreciates these days. For evening events, the cocktail bar provides an informal space where conversations can continue after the formal agenda ends.
