Our York Suite works perfectly when you need a professional space that doesn't feel like every other corporate room you've been in. The dark blue carpeting and carefully chosen artwork create an atmosphere that's focused yet comfortable, while natural light streams through the large windows overlooking our private terrace. We've designed this space to adapt to your needs. For presentations and seminars, we can arrange up to 50 seats in theatre style, with our projector and screen positioned for clear visibility from every angle. When you're planning more collaborative sessions, the boardroom layout seats 20 comfortably, or we can create a U-shape configuration for 18 participants. The windows feature full blackout options, so you control the lighting completely. The terrace access proves particularly popular during breaks. Groups often step outside for fresh air between sessions, and we find it helps maintain energy levels throughout longer meetings. Inside, our soundproofing ensures complete privacy for sensitive discussions, while the air conditioning system keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the season. Technical requirements are covered with high-speed WiFi throughout and our projection equipment ready to use. We've positioned the York Suite within our Surrey Suite complex, giving you immediate access to our central reception area where our team remains available throughout your event.
