The Toulouse Room sits on the lower ground floor as part of our Airbus Suite, offering a private retreat for focused meetings away from the bustle of Mayfair above. We've designed this space specifically for smaller groups who need a professional setting without feeling overwhelmed by a large boardroom. Around the polished round table, eight upholstered chairs create an intimate circle that naturally encourages collaboration. The white tablecloth adds a crisp, professional touch while the comfortable seating ensures your team stays engaged through longer sessions. Aviation-themed artwork decorates the walls, a subtle reminder of our heritage as home to the Royal Aeronautical Society, though the contemporary furnishings keep the space feeling fresh and current. We've equipped the room with everything you need for productive meetings: air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, while the TV projector handles presentations smoothly. Whiteboards and flipcharts stand ready for brainstorming sessions or strategic planning.
