At our venue in Plymouth's Science and Technology Park, the Scott Meeting Room offers a refreshing take on the traditional boardroom setup. Six people can gather comfortably around the distinctive round table, where green velvet chairs on gold casters create an atmosphere that's both professional and relaxed. We've designed this space with modern meetings in mind. The wooden slat feature wall brings natural warmth to the room while serving as the backdrop for our large presentation screen. Paired with a dedicated sound bar, your video conferences will have the clarity needed for productive remote collaborations. The round table configuration means everyone has equal sight lines to both the screen and each other, fostering better engagement during discussions. Our high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your session, while the air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature regardless of how heated the debate gets. The overhead lighting provides consistent illumination for note-taking and document review, and we've added a potted plant to bring a touch of life to the space. This room works particularly well for client presentations, team strategy sessions, or confidential one-on-ones where privacy matters.
