We've designed this room for up to eight people, creating an atmosphere where ideas flow naturally and decisions get made. Natural light streams through the generous window, offering glimpses of Marylebone's architecture while you work. When presentations are on the agenda, our wall-mounted flat-screen integrates seamlessly with your devices, and we've equipped the room with a professional video conferencing setup including camera and sound bar. The secure Wi-Fi handles whatever bandwidth your team needs. The room's clean lines and subtle wall panelling create a focused environment without feeling stark. We've balanced the contemporary design with warmth through carefully positioned pendant lighting and recessed fixtures that adjust to suit morning pitches or afternoon workshops. The window brings in enough daylight that you'll rarely need artificial lighting during business hours. Our venue sits in a restored baroque building just minutes from Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations, making it convenient for clients coming from anywhere in London. While the building dates from the late 19th century, we've brought everything up to modern standards with the technology and infrastructure today's businesses require. For your meeting needs, our Member Experience team can arrange catering with two days' notice, and we keep office supplies on hand for those last-minute requirements. The room works equally well for board meetings, client presentations, or intensive team workshops. Previous guests consistently praise our modern facilities and prime location. Great space and location; modern, clean and accessible...let down by check-in...room was not ready and we had to wait outside for ten minutes whilst it was sorted out. If I'd had customers with me this would have been a serious problem.
