We've set up this space for up to six people around two round tables, perfect when you need everyone to contribute equally during workshops or strategy sessions. Natural light pours through the large windows throughout the day, keeping energy levels up even during those longer planning meetings. We've arranged the contemporary seating to encourage conversation while maintaining comfort, and fresh flowers add a professional touch without feeling stuffy. The white walls and bright atmosphere help teams stay focused and engaged. For your presentations, we've equipped the room with a projector, flipchart and whiteboard, though please note we don't have a screen in this particular space. The Wi-Fi handles multiple devices smoothly, essential for those collaborative online sessions or when pulling up reference materials on the fly. Our venue sits just off Banbury Road, about 10 minutes from central Oxford. Summertown High Street is practically on the doorstep, giving you and your team plenty of options for working lunches or post-meeting coffee. The area's well-connected by public transport, making it convenient for attendees coming from different parts of the city. We find the Ashmolean works particularly well for creative brainstorming, client consultations, and team workshops where interaction matters more than formal presentations.
