Natural light pours through windows overlooking Shaftesbury Avenue, keeping your team energised throughout long strategy sessions. When presentations begin, the 60-inch plasma smart TV screen mounted on the wall ensures everyone can see clearly, backed by our PA system for crystal-clear audio. We've thought about the details too - adjustable mood lighting from modern chandeliers and wall sconces lets you set the right tone, whether you're brainstorming creative concepts or reviewing quarterly figures. The wine and bottle fridge tucked discreetly into the room proves useful for celebration toasts after successful pitches or simply keeping refreshments cool during summer workshops. Our reliable Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without breaking a sweat, because we know modern meetings run on solid connectivity. Your booking includes complimentary filter tea and coffee, still and sparkling mineral water, plus biscuits set up ready for your arrival. You'll have day access to our club facilities, with the option to continue conversations over lunch or dinner in our Dining Room. Need a flipchart and pens? We can add those for £18. The boardroom configuration works brilliantly for focused discussions, client presentations, or team planning sessions. Being right in the heart of Soho means excellent transport links, making it easy for everyone to reach us. Rates start from £110 per hour Monday, Tuesday and Friday, or £150 Wednesday and Thursday, with a three-hour minimum booking.
