The William Buckland Room welcomes you into a world where geological treasures line the walls and meaningful conversations flow naturally. This basement sanctuary within Burlington House transforms meetings into something rather special, with glass-covered bookcases displaying centuries-old leather-bound volumes that have witnessed countless scholarly debates since the space became a Committee Room in 1988. We've arranged the room to seat 14 people comfortably around our polished dark wood table, where vibrant red chairs add energy to the classical setting. The chandeliers above cast warm light across pastel walls, while natural daylight filters through the window, creating an atmosphere that keeps minds sharp yet relaxed. It's the kind of space where board members lean in closer, where strategic discussions gain momentum, and where private dining feels genuinely exclusive. Our venue sits just minutes from Green Park Station, with step-free access and lift facilities ensuring everyone arrives at their meeting with ease. The room comes equipped with everything modern business demands: high-speed Wi-Fi that actually works, a projector for presentations, and teleconferencing facilities that connect you clearly to colleagues worldwide. We've installed proper air conditioning too, because nothing derails a meeting quite like an uncomfortable room temperature.
