The Phoenix Suite sits on the eighteenth floor of our venue, where Bristol's harbour spreads out beneath you through the windows. We've designed this space with flexibility in mind, knowing that every meeting has its own rhythm and requirements. The room accommodates up to 30 guests in theatre style, though many of our clients prefer the more intimate boardroom setup for 12 or the U-shaped configuration for 14 participants. Purple accent chairs bring energy to the neutral palette we've chosen, creating a professional atmosphere that keeps people engaged without being distracting. The contemporary furnishings work equally well for morning strategy sessions or afternoon training workshops. Our large presentation screen integrates seamlessly into the space, and we've positioned it so everyone has a clear view regardless of where they're seated. The suite transforms easily between different layouts. We can arrange classroom style for 10 when you need writing space for each participant, or set up cabaret style for 16 to encourage small group discussions. For networking events or informal gatherings, the room holds 30 comfortably in a reception format, with space for people to move and mingle. Being on the eighteenth floor means your meetings happen above the bustle of Bristol's city centre. The journey up in our lifts builds anticipation, and once you're here, the harbour views through our windows provide natural talking points during breaks. We're a fifteen-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station, making arrival straightforward for delegates coming from across the UK.
