Our Emirates Air meeting room offers a focused workspace right in the heart of Mayfair, where your team can gather without the usual office distractions. Six ergonomic chairs surround the white central table, creating an intimate setting that encourages productive discussions and collaborative sessions. We've equipped the room with a large wall-mounted screen that transforms presentations from laptop screens to commanding displays your whole team can engage with. The soft beige walls and light gray carpeting create a calm backdrop for concentration, while our bright overhead lighting keeps energy levels high throughout your session, particularly useful for those afternoon strategy meetings when natural light might be missed. Our venue sits on Hanover Square, putting you moments from the bustle of Oxford Street yet tucked away enough for undisturbed work. Your attendees will appreciate the convenience, with Oxford Circus station just three minutes on foot and Bond Street five minutes away, connecting to the Central, Victoria, Jubilee and Bakerloo lines. This means participants can join from across London without the usual transport headaches. The Emirates Air room works particularly well for confidential client meetings where privacy matters, team brainstorming sessions that need everyone around one table, or focused project reviews where that wall-mounted screen becomes invaluable for sharing documents and data.
