The Snowdon Suite brings together everything you need for productive meetings in one carefully designed space. We've positioned this first-floor room to catch the best natural light through its generous windows, where sheer curtains soften the brightness without losing that energising daylight your team needs during long sessions. Our warm wood panelling runs along the walls, complementing the patterned carpet that helps absorb sound and create a focused atmosphere. We can configure the room for 30 guests theatre-style when you're presenting to larger groups, arrange it boardroom-style for 20 when discussion and collaboration matter most, or set up cabaret seating for 15 when you need that perfect balance of presentation and group work. The LCD projector and screen are already mounted and ready, so there's no fussing with cables or connections when you arrive. Our air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable whether you're running intensive workshops in summer or hosting strategy sessions on crisp winter days. The boardroom table we've chosen strikes that balance between professional presence and practical comfort, paired with chairs that support you through those all-day sessions. Being on the first floor means you're away from street noise but still have quick access to our ground-floor facilities. When you need those essential coffee breaks, our team coordinates everything so fresh refreshments appear exactly when scheduled. For lunch, we can arrange catering in the suite itself or reserve space in our restaurant downstairs, depending on your preference and agenda.
