We can seat 30 theatre-style when you need everyone facing forward, or create a more collaborative atmosphere with 20 around the boardroom table. The classroom layout fits 18 comfortably, while U-shaped arrangements work perfectly for 15 when discussion is key. Planning something more social? We'll set up cabaret-style for 24 or arrange banquet seating for the same number. Those patterned walls and chandeliers aren't just decoration, they create an atmosphere that's professional without being sterile. Our venue's tech setup includes everything you'd expect: reliable Wi-Fi that actually works, projectors for presentations, flipcharts for brainstorming sessions, and a PA system clear enough that nobody's straining to hear from the back row. While the Charles Suite doesn't open directly onto the gardens, the Simon Suite next door provides easy access when you need that coffee break in fresh air.
