When your team grows beyond the boardroom but isn't quite ready for the ballroom, our Spark & Energy room hits that sweet spot. We've combined two of our popular meeting spaces to create 1,506 square feet of possibility, complete with those 9.8-foot ceilings that keep things feeling open even when you've got 160 delegates filling every seat. The room works equally well for quarterly presentations and training workshops. We regularly see companies using the theatre layout for their morning keynote, then our team reconfigures everything into cabaret rounds for afternoon breakout sessions. That flexibility extends to the lighting too, dimming down for video presentations or brightening up for hands-on training exercises. Everything you need comes included: LCD projector, screen, flipchart and pens, plus the usual stationery supplies. But what really keeps energy levels up is unlimited access to our Conference Café. Coffee on tap, pastries when you need them, and proper lunch options that don't leave everyone drowsy for the afternoon session. The neutral décor might not win design awards, but that's deliberate. We've learned that busy wallpaper distracts from presentations, so we keep things simple. Companies bring their own banners, project their branding on our screens, and make the space their own for the day. The modern furnishings strike that balance between comfortable enough for all-day sessions and professional enough for board-level meetings. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Half a mile from both Whiston station and the M62/M57 junction means your delegates won't spend their morning lost on country lanes. Free parking right outside removes another common conference headache. For those staying overnight, our gym and 23-meter pool offer a chance to decompress after a day of presentations, while our Grill serves proper meals that go beyond typical conference fare.
